We do our best to present products and prices as accurately as possible. However, minor colour or size differences may occur and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

4. Prices & Payments
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) including VAT (where applicable) but excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Shopify Payments
Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped. We reserve the right to cancel the order if we suspect fraud.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we confirm your order in writing via email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases:
Product out of stock
Payment refused
Suspected fraud or abuse
Product description or pricing error
6. Delivery
We ship to addresses within the UK and other countries as listed on our website.
Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs.
The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered.
7. Retention of title
Ownership of the products only passes to you after full payment has been received.
8. Cancellation & Returns
Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected:
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receipt.
Products must be unused and in their original condition.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns (unless the product is defective).

Promotions and discount codes are only valid within the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively.
