At Woqlo, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. This return policy is designed to be transparent, but also to protect our business operations and prevent abuse. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Right of withdrawal (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason.

This means that you must inform us in writing (via email) that you are exercising your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.

You then have another 14 days to return the products.

⚠️ Please note: This right of withdrawal only applies to consumers who receive their order in the United Kingdom.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return or refund, the products must:

Be unused and unworn (trying them on is allowed, but no visible wear and tear)

Be in their original condition and packaging, including labels

Be returned to us within the return period

We reserve the right to refuse returns or offer a partial refund when:

Products are clearly worn or damaged

Labels or packaging are missing

There are hygiene reasons (e.g., underwear, earrings)

3. Non-returnable items

For the protection of our customers, we do not accept returns for:

Underwear, lingerie, swimwear without hygiene seal

Earrings and piercings (hygiene)

Gift vouchers

Sale or outlet products (unless legally defective)

4. Procedure

Please report your return at info@woqlo.com,
stating your order number.

We will send you the instructions and the return address.

Shipping costs for returns are at your expense, unless the product is defective or has been delivered incorrectly.

Please keep proof of postage – we are not responsible for lost parcels.

5. Restocking fee

For unwanted returns, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 10% from the refund amount to cover handling and inspection costs.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used.

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your return.

Shipping and return costs are not refundable (except in the case of an error on our part).

7. Defective or incorrect products

If you have received a defective or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 7 days at info@woqlo.com.

Please include photos of the defective/incorrect item.

We offer free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Would you like a different product or size?

Return the unwanted item.

Place a new order via our website.

9. Sale and promotional items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount can only be returned if they are defective or do not match the description.

10. Liability

Woqlo is not liable for:

Delays caused by courier services

Loss or damage during return shipment (always use a traceable service)

Costs resulting from non-compliance with the return procedure

11. Changes

We may amend this returns policy at any time to improve our business operations or to comply with new laws and regulations. Changes will be published on this page.
